Ordering
To place an order we prefer all the information in an Email to [email protected] so any unusual words are spelt correctly. There is a minimum order of £20.00 before P&P. Unless your order is for a one off that is a stock item either from the website or Facebook page.
The information we require is -
- The date of your Event/Show.
- Event/Show name (which goes around the centre disc edge)
- Any printed wording down the tail.
- How many 1st place - how many tiers - to which colours - which style (if you know the part number eg.124B)
- How many 2nd place - how many tiers - and so on.....
- How many Special's you require - like Best In Show, BPIS, RBIS etc, to which colours - which style (if you know the Special number eg. SP0??)
- Prefered backing - safety pin, bridle hook or ties.
- Full name.
- Invoice address.
- Delivery address if different to invoice.
- Phone number.
- Email address.

Depending on the size of your order we will send you a quote via a PDF regarding the information which you have given us, all you have to do is to go through it and check that all is ok. You can accept the quote on though the portal in the link we send you. Or return the email and say what changes you require or that you wish to add or change an item. Once all approved we will ask for the quote to be paid. When payment received goods will be made and shipped, along with paid invoice.
Payment Methods-
- Bank Transfer - bank details will be on the quote.
- Club cheque - your order will be made after payment has cleared so please make sure you send in plenty of time and all signatures are on cheque.
- Cash - only on collection of goods, please do not send cash in the post.
- Postal Order - made out to- Show Rosettes
- PayPal - invoice for goods from [email protected]
- VAT - will NOT be charged.
Privacy Policy-
- Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the customer is used solely for the purpose of completing the order.
- We will not give, sell or distribute any of your details to any third parties.
- We’ll only contact you if we need to discuss your order.
Terms-
- All customers are required to settle invoice prior to goods being dispatched.
- Approved accounts will be invoiced directly to the person placing the order, unless we are instructed otherwise. Payment terms for account customers are strictly 14 days from date of invoice. Overdue accounts accrue interest charges of 10% per month.
- In the event of any unavoidable changes, like the substitute of materials, colours or price, advance warning will be given whenever possible.
- We will not be responsible for errors made for orders placed verbally or by telephone, unless confirmed in writing before start of manufacture.
- The customer accepts responsibility for all printed orders, and any motif to be made, is ordered against copyright infringements.
- Please order as early as possible to allow us time to fulfill your order, and to be able to deliver your goods in time prior to your event.
- Orders which are required for next day and if it is possible for us to fulfill the order then add an extra 50% to the order.
- Orders which are placed less than 4 working days prior to your event will incur an extra charge of 25% to the order.
- Orders which are placed less than 7 working days prior to your event will incur an extra charge of 20% to the order.
- Orders which are placed with only 14 working days might incur an extra charge of 10% depending on how busy we are.
- Any Alterations or Additions to an order after processing, will incur an extra charge.
- All errors and damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery, in order that we can rectify the problem.
- A refund will only be given if the error is our responsibility, and no time for us to rectify.
- If you cancel an order, we will charge for the work carried out.
- All sizes are approx.
Post & Packing-
- We offer the following P&P options: Depending on the size of your order & urgency, this will be either through Royal Mail or a courier.
- Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail signed for, priced at £9.00 up to 2kg & £12.00 over 2kg up to 10kg
- Additional costs will apply for specially requested mail services as in Next Day, 24 or 48 and will be charged on weight and size.
- To help the environment we use recyclable boxes.
- UK delivery times Most UK parcels are despatched by 1st Class signed for Delivery for which we recommend an expected delivery time of 2 - 3 working days. Please note that delivery times aren't guaranteed and we can not be held liable for delays once orders are in transit. Whilst we will always do our utmost to despatch your orders as swiftly as we possibly can, please allow for delays within the postal system during busy periods such as Christmas, postal strikes or due to bad weather.
- Signing for your order All orders will need to be signed for at their destination. We may sometimes use an alternative carrier for larger or heavier parcels and in these instances, delivery may take a little longer but we will advise you prior to despatch, if that's the case. As all deliveries must be signed for, we're unable to delivery to PO Box addresses or leave parcels in an unattended "safe" place without a signature. Your item my be delivered to your place of work for ease to you, but still must be signed for, please state when ordering that there is an invoice address and a delivery address.
- Parcel's damaged or opened on arrival? If the outer packaging has been damaged or opened in transit, it's important that you record this in writing, along with your signature of receipt from the carrier. This will enable a claim if the damage has affected the parcel's contents.
- What if you're out? If the courier have tried to deliver and you were out, they will leave you a card to advise you how to arrange re-delivery or collection from their depot. Please be aware that Royal Mail will only hold your parcel for 7 days, after which they will return the parcel to us. Your original delivery charges will not be refundable and re-delivery of your parcel will be charged postage costs again.
- Guaranteed next day delivery- If you're in a hurry we would recommend paying for the option of guaranteed next day delivery service, this will only be available if your order can be made and shipped in time. COLLECTING ORDERS FROM US- You are more than welcome to collect your order but collection is strictly by prior arrangement only. You Must also call to check that we have the Stock rosettes availability for your order. Please ensure you telephone us on 07970 270 299 in advance to check availability.
